Reduced-fee Counselling

Are you considering seeing a psychologist but unsure whether this kind of support is right for you? Or perhaps you would like to talk through a specific struggle and do not feel the need for long-term psychotherapy?
Counselling sessions at a reduced fee are a short-term mental health service aimed at helping you better understand your current situation, receive emotional support and initial guidance, and clarify your next steps — including whether starting psychotherapy might be helpful for you.

This form of support is particularly suitable for:

  • students and young adults,
  • people with a dynamic lifestyle, who frequently change their place of residence (e.g. due to studies, work, or family circumstances),
  • individuals in a more challenging financial situation,
  • those who wish to consult a specific issue
  • those who are still deciding on the most appropriate form of psychological support for them.

Who provides reduced-fee counselling

Sessions are conducted by a qualified psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology, who regularly participates in professional training, supervision and is currently completing a clinical internship at our centre. Meetings are held in accordance with professional ethics and current psychological knowledge.
We care about making psychological support accessible for as many people as possible, which is why consultations are available in three languages (English, Russian and Polish).
More importantly, our sessions are held with sensitivity to cultural or religious
differences and the experience of living in a foreign country.
